Thus inventoried and appraised at the Orphan Chamber of the Cape of Good Hope on the 12th day of the month of April 1827 according to the statement of the widower mentioned in the premises, who declared to have acted with good faith in this respect and not to have kept any thing concealed belonging to the estate above mentioned, and the appearer further declared that he is and will at all times be ready and willing to confirm his statement by solemn oath if required, promising at the same time that if after the date of these presents any other property of this estate might be discovered, he shall faithfully communicate it to the Orphan Chamber in order to amplify the inventory with the property so discovered.
